- ACH/wire preferred; cards +3.5% fee
Cancellations
- ≥30 days: retainer → 12-month credit (one reschedule)
- 29–8 days: retain 50% of total + actuals
- ≤7 days: 100% labor + actuals
Surcharges
- Rush ≤72h +35%; same-day +50%
- Peak/Holidays: +20% (Memorial–Labor Day; Nov–Dec; Art Basel)
- Field kitchen build: $250–$750
Insurance
- COI on request; additional insured $50–$150 admin
